Change For Climate: Conference and Community Events

Feb. 08/18

Edmonton will be hosting the inaugural Cities and Climate Change Science Conference, March 5 to 7. As part of that, everyone is invited to the Change For Climate: EPCOR Stage at the Shaw Conference Centre. The sessions are free but registration is strongly encouraged to ensure there will be enough space for everyone. There are also many community events related to the conference.

It was brought to Edmonton to raise public awareness of climate change, especially as Edmonton prepares to host the Cities and Climate Change Science Conference from March 5 to 7.

But there’s a part of Reza’s story that we only mention in passing near the start of the episode and that we believe bears noting.
