Change for Climate is a climate change initiative from the City of Edmonton.
Our third Change for Climate Talks feature 8 community leaders from a broad range of areas, sharing their ideas on what we can do about climate change and inspire us all to take action. From the widely discussed topics of electric vehicles and urban farming, to some topics you may not have associated with climate change, such as well-being and the media, these short, inspiring presentations focus on actions we can take right now to reduce our impact.
The event took place at the Triffo Theatre at MacEwan University’s Allard Hall on October 3, 2019. The Talks were recorded so that those that couldn’t join this sold out event, have an opportunity to enjoy them and help us share them and spread the word.
Watch the videos and if you feel inspired, go to our actions page and get started.
We'll be releasing a new video each week. Follow us on Facebook and Twitter to find out when a new video is posted.
